    I've aged many of these and I'd have to say it drinks best at 3 to 4 years. One of my favs! Cheers

    Predominantly stouts here today, 'was too late to the game with my bottle of Apparition post (which I "thought" was obscure enough to not show up! ), after hitting the "Post" button, started to peruse the thread for the first time ... LOL!! ... @WesMantooth starts off posting an Apparition , then @creepinjeeper follows suit with the same beer shortly thereafter and a definition of "Apparition" , then @TongoRad posts an awesome picture with the same beer and properglassware!!! ( :grimacing: ). A lot of great music being posted, a lot of great beer, and ya'all just blew my post apart and relegated my 7 foot tall Heady Topper Tree to a puny little human. :flushed:



    So 'pulled a 2010 Santa Clause from the cellar and sulk in my beer, a non-stout with the appropriate sized tree. :slight_frown:

    Under the circumstances, I've been doing a lot of cooking lately. Being somewhat lazy, however, it's often of the kind like this bagged Newman's Own chicken parm:

    So I share that not to boast of my cooking skills (obviously), but rather to remind people that Newman's Own - from the dinners to the sauces to the pizzas to the wines to the salad dressings to everything - donates 100% of their profit to charity. I think that's worth celebrating.

    Anywho, I'm also drinking beer. And what goes better with store bought bagged chicken parm than, of course, a year-old Kriek Lambic? :stuck_out_tongue:
