There was nothing wrong with BA Moloko. I domed one myself. Basically, you drank one, said "Fuck it, this isn't worth $35," and tried to get every single penny back for all 4 bottles. Classy.

Just had a conquistador de Muerte last night and it's def infected unless it was supposed to taste like a tarter version of Tart Side of the Moon by Brewery Vivant. I like tart stouts so I drank it, but def was not happy I paid $35 for an infected beer.

Has anyone picked up the Cherry Sour (skull'ole) released yesterday? I was wondering if it will be super limited or nicely available like Chavelier? If you picked it up can you comment on if its a numbered bottle or if it has a labeled?

It has a label. Pretty neat artwork. Not numbered as far as I could tell.

They dont mention it on facebook but its a sour porter. Methinks infected porter marketed as an "american sour". At least u get to know first hand that it's infected. I mean sour...

Similar to this, I heard it was infected alpha klaus w/ cherries or Rue d' whatever they had that was infected. Saw that it was on tap at the brewpub and I'm curious as to how it tastes, hopefully someone will chime in. Unintentional infected beers never tasted good in my experience.

I haven't tried it yet, but I did do a little online digging when I saw it was available to go. I found this:

Apparently the keg label previously leaked out, and if it is for real this was aged in Wine Barrels. If that is true it definitely isn't infected Rue d'Floyd or Floyd d'Rue, and it makes me doubt it is infected Alpha Klaus with Cherries.

Skull-ole is our second foedre beer. It's a brown/porter-ish/belgiany beer with laco, pedio, and brett and cherries. It's intensely sour and so far everyone that's tried it that likes sour beers has been very happy with it.

Had one last night. VERY sour but still good as it was shared with many.

Cracked my Conquistador tonight, and hate to say, it's definitely infected as well. Sour on the nose and in the taste. Not a gusher, but heard a lot of carbonation and bubbling after opening the bottle. Very disappointed with this, 3F. :slight_frown:

    Bottle 38/586.

Every time I read about experiences like this with CdM I cringe....sadly it seems like almost all of the Untappd check-ins for it talk of infection. I need to just bite the bullet and try my bottle :slight_frown:

Popping a BA moloko tonight, bottle 798. Passing FFF on the way home so figure if it's infected I'll get some dough back and the supposed $20 extra GC for my troubles. I'll update with how it is, hoping I don't have to make a stop tomorrow

I thought BA Moloko was in the clear? I will be less than enthused if I have 3 bottles of infected BA FFF.

Does Skull-ole have a much lower bottle count than Chevalier Betrand? Surprised to see it off of the to-go menu already.

Any updates on BA Behemoth? Or did I miss it deep into the thread?
