    First Mundee of the new year, hope everyone's went well.
    Wife and I had take our youngest son to his plastic surgeon appointment this afternoon for the cyst on his forehead that has grown double in size since last year. Great news, though!
    It should be a very simple procedure and leave minimal to no scarring when it's removed! :grinning:
    Ate at a Jack's Wayback Burger afterwards for the first time; had a great greasy, cheesy double burger with fried onions and mushrooms! Soooo good!
    Anyway, here's tonight's beer selection from one of my favorite local breweries, in a glass from one of my other favorites!

    So sorry for your loss, I had to make this post back in October. We had to put our dog Cubby down, its heartbreaking. Ugh, so hard, but time does heal. Zoey looks like a great girl, cherish the memories you guys had together, and celebrate her life. Cheers...

    as I slowly transition back into a work-mode routine (schedule and such)...which puts me back in my consumption routine (no beer Mon-Weds, one beer late Thursday night...come out swinging and sipping Fri-Sun nights)....my ability to consume and post will adjust accordingly....a little this week and then full-swing next week

    for now....I enjoy this average to below average DIPA from Anderson Valley...but if it is in stock...gotta tap it

    and some background music...random as they may be....but for mood/vibe (spectrum of the hop-induced psyche...flowing)...

    My heart goes out to you. We had to let go of our Old English Sheepdog a couple years ago. It is the worst feeling in the world, but it's also the last great act of love you can perform for your dog. I hope your pain is short-lived and only the happy memories last.

    2 years ago we had to have our very first pet put down after 19 years. It was and still is pretty hard for me to deal with; he was mah bud!

    Another one who is sorry for your loss. We've had two wonderful dogs pass in our 30 years of marriage and after a few years without a pet, we recently adopted a shelter cat and he has turned out to be a great fit for our family. Pets are great. And you will soon be among those of us who keep memories alive of the wonderful times you enjoyed with your dog.
