It's light years better than the infected one. LOL.

Seriously, it's good. Carb is right. Adjuncts are prominent. Barrel seems to contribute more to the nose than the taste, though.

 

Yeah I figured that might happen ... Sort of like an NCAA pool. and I am too lazy to check, but IIRC, if the Colts win there will be ten people at 4-0. If the Broncos win, that will mean the favorites swept, in which case I think 20 of you will be tied at 3-1.

 

So my neighbor just randomly showed up at my door with beer samples and a bowl of chili..... I gladly accepted..

Was going to ask about this, but Lehigh beat me to it. I've heard their first saison is really good and their best offering thus far.

I don't know anything about infected bottles, but I had each of the pepper ones and thought both needed some serious fine-tuning, or more.

How do you like the Red Thunder? And how old is it? I had it fresh and found it, um, not good; but I heard with some age it transforms. (man, I'm not trying to be a downer today, promise!)

 

Crisp & easy. Not my favorite, but if my dad could get this locally he would finally start drinking craft

 

Pretty damn good, similar to wine barrel noir, but I like this one a little better... Wine barrel is still very prevalent... I have no clue how old it is honestly

 

A sixer of this was my present from my mother for Xmas. Still have 5 in my garage after gifting own of them away. Might try it tonight.
