I saw a thread a while back that was about a beer that never disappoints. This is it for me. It's always fresh, always delicious, and always tastes the same way. I love it

XTC easily one of my favorite bands a of all time. Totally underrated and unappreciated. And Black Sea is one of my favorite albums. Nice.

It's barrel-aged day at my house. Hey @LeperJim maybe this could be an idea for one of your special days, everybody drink something barrel-aged.

Stone Delicious IPA. Made with Lemondrop, El Dorado, and Calypso hops. My first (almost) gluten-free beer. Get lots of lemon character to it: lemongrass, lemon rind, and lemon juice. Also get some lime, grapefruit, pine resin, and a slight sweet biscuit malt. There's no mistaking this is a Stone beer with that prominent bitterness on the back end. A very unique combination of citrus flavors. Not one of their best offerings, but still a very solid beer. Cheers!
