As soon as I had my first full pour of it, I checked our hop contracts to see if we could squeeze in a few batches of Vicinity this year. Happy to say we'll package a double batch ( ~16 bbl yield) on Tues.and and another double batch to follow on a week afterwards. Trying to find some (not crazy $$) amarillo so we can cycle in more mettle and heavy mettle, but if not, it'll be vicinity slotting in periodically as our double ipa til 2015 contracts come in.

@JCTetreault Do you guys think bottles of Mosaic FPPA will last until tuesday? (or whenever vicinity releases)

EDIT: I just realized you guys wont be open again until tuesday anyways. My bad!

Picked up Mosaic FPPA and Double P&K yeaterday. Had the double pot last night and it's definitely my least favorite trillium beer to date. Really enjoying the mosaic FPPA right now.

I'm going to be in Boston tomorrow and was hoping to stop in for some of the Mosaic bottles. Chances there are any left around 6 PM or so?

The hoppy lineup for this week looks amazing. Is that F90 DIPA a first time brew? Looks ungodly good

Was able to get there around 1130 Saturday to get some mosaic fort point and some other bottles. Quickest and easiest bottle release I've ever been to. In and out in 5 mins, really made my weekend being able to bring a full box of trillium brews home. Per usual you never disappoint, mosaic fort point was awesome!

@JCTetreault Trillium is my favorite brewery. That said, I sometimes have a difficult time understanding the difference between your hoppiest beers: Mettle, Fort Point, Congress, Melcher. For whatever reason, I remember Vicinity tasting very distinct. Would you be able to provide a loose summary of how you view these beers and their differences?

Am I reading the site correctly saying there are currently no growler fills only bottles?
Headed into town thur and if that is the case I will leave my glass behind and just grabbed some bottles.

I know that they tapped out on Saturday. Whether or not they get Vicinity going today is up in the air. Hoiping to hear soon if its getting bottled today as well because I will need to come back into town. Unless it lasts til Thursday. (hint, hint)

Always bring a growler just in case. Happened to me once, list said nothing on for growlers, and they had a very limited amount of Galaxy Fort Point on when I got there. Was bummed since I had the growler in my hand before I left, but left it at home at the last second after checking the site. Had to settle for bottles like a tourist!

While I have about half a dozen Trillium growlers between my office and home, I have been buying almost exclusively bottles over the past few months. Price point is close and I don't have to fret about drinking it immediately. Although I do enjoy drinking a growler over the weekend...

This happened to me on Saturday! Trillium Tweeted that DHMFPPA was kicked for growlers right before I parked, so I left my growlers in the car and there was actually a little bit more left when I got in line. I ended up buying bottles and one new growler. So yes, as you said, "Always bring a growler just in case!"

This right here is exactly one of the things I love about the way Trillium operates. They were proactive in notifying the public about kicking for growlers. You happened to get stuck in the small window when there actually was some left, but I'd much rather that happen to a few people and be exposed to such great, timely info.

Keep up the great work Trillium!

Yeah, I asked if they bought back growlers since I refuse to buy another one. And they don't!
