No need to be a dick about it. You listed 8 BA's and 25-30 beers, it's a legit question to ask.

I was with Islandboi8204 at that tasting last night and after about 12 or 13 beers split about 8 ways over 3 hours, we were just about done.

Wasn't being a dick, just a smartass. :grinning: We started at 1pm and finished about 10pm. We had 10 courses from the chef starting at 6pm or so until 9pm, so that kept us full as well. By the end, I was totally sober because of the spacing and pace...it worked out well for everyone.

Yeah, I was amazed by how sober I was. Kind of strange.

As for a "Pro" taking pics, here are a couple that I snapped that are my favorites:

Thanks. Really glad I decided to stop every once in a while and take some shots, but even happier we had the pro to take most of them so I could sit back and enjoy the day. Good times!

I'm a pro. Got a little tipsy in the evening but walked home sober. All about pacing.

A good # of the bottles were Lambics/Gueuzes with lower ABV as well. That helped a lot, particularly in the beginning.

What is the pricing for a professional to photograph a beer tasting? I've been doing it for free all this time like a sucker.

Looks like your Veritas 010 actually had carbonation. The one I opened up a couple weeks ago was completely still :slight_frown:

quite a bit..cork jumped out with a big pop.. it was excellent..it was cool to try that and the upright Fantasia to compare peach sours

Yeah I was about to make a joke that Chad would have to muster up a lot of strength to crank that cork out, but it came out nice and easy. There was a lot of carbonation in it though, definitely as much as the Cantillon beers

I don't know but this seemed kind of epik. Lots of bottle variation in that Dave, but on average it was the best beer I've ever had. I definitely recommend grabbing a sixer of that brewski if you can.[IMG]

Nope, the dregs are being re-used for a homebrewed white whale pseudo-lambic

Had a drinking contest yesterday. Sour homebrew on tap and fresh Heady for palate cleansers.

Armand/tommy was really good. Frambozen still had lots of raspberry in it but was a little plain, good overall.

Forgot to mention that the last two unlabelled bottles were southampton peconic and shot in the dark (blackberry Girardin)
