Besides being a very delicious beer, Hi-Res is an absolute beauty in terms of color and clarity. It may be my favorite beer that I've photographed.

 

I would absolutely love it if Marshawn Lynch gathered the media and gave a long speech about how Pete Carrol is an idiot and should have just given him the ball. If you are leaving town you might as well burn every bridge behind you.

Now trying the Stone Stochasticity Project Quadrotriticale. I like it better than the Hibiscusicity, but as quads go it's nothing special.

...the glass looks very different than that now, of course! Started drinking around 11:30, not much left at this point even though I'm actively trying to slow down and make it last. Actually, yeah, just finished off the last sip... that beer is gone. Maybe there's a tiny little bit still left in the bottom of the bottle, I'll have to check before I wash it out and add it to my "one empty bottle of everything I've tried" cabinet.

Really enjoyed this one. Not sure if it's my new "favorite beer so far" (would have to have New Belgium's Abbey dubbel again to compare and know for sure), but if not there's absolutely no question that it's taken second place. So glad that variety pack came with three!

 

Seahawks aren't even my #1 team but very very bummed at the ending result. Feel gut punched for them to lose in that fashion to Belicheat. Now onto the positive notes, these brews were all delicious and we are now on our way to the best sport starting, baseball!
