Green Man Bootsy as centerpiece for Cantillon?

    I'd like to get some input on what Cantillon might be reasonably in reach for a Green Man Bootsy, plus something like World's Worst Twin or perhaps a stout like Bourbon GBS or Event Horizon?

    I've become recently obsessed with trying Fou Foune, so that's my primary target. Is Fou attainable with this stuff? If not, what would be?

    I think one of my problems might be that a lot of folks may not be familiar with Green Man sours, but who knows. I appreciate any input!

    Hit it right on the nose.

    Bootsy is a fantastic beer but, ultimately, a large part of trading is a combination of hype & demand (which go hand n' hand). Neither of which Bootsy has on BA, from what I can tell. It's unfortunate because it really is a great brew. So will you be able to land a Fou 1:1? Well, according to the Law of Truly Large Numbers, it will happen eventually. But my guess is you will have to add since you're not running a thought experiment on an infinite time line. And besides, the apricots fade.
