Hint: my recipient's state has celebrated at least one NBA championship in the last 15 years.

Hint: My target's state is in the bottom 25 states in terms of % of the state made up of water (per USGS).

 

Hint#3: my target has been on BA longer than I have

 

Hint 2:
The ratio of the number Republican governors to Democratic governors of my target's state is very close to, but slightly greater than, one. (note here: I'm counting number distinct humans who have held the seat of Governor, not number of terms)

Also I hope my target likes Parabola.

Totally irrevelant to this thread, but can someone give me a price check on these RR's (Consecration, Supplication, Sanctification). I've gotten some as extras in trades before, but I can't recall price per bottle and availability. One of my friends wants to trade for them, but I think the other BA is asking too much. A little help por favor.

 

Also, can someone throw some of those in my trade box? No big deal.
