Stout BIF Round 4 Hints & Hauls

Another one bites the dust! (Nice Wants list though...I'm stealing from it :-D )

According to my spreadsheet I have, but I'll be honest, I don't remember the clue that did it...

 

At the risk of saying too much a 3.5 for the beer on Untappd isn't exactly making me feel confident.

This is fair.... 4.0 or higher would make me comfotable resending but I'd really like to see 4.5

Yeah I agree with this, a 3.5 says to me "I'd drink this again but wouldn't be excited about it", whether it's a hard to get bottle or not. A 4.0 I'd be borderline on a resend (the glassware and 'something else' would probably tip me toward doing it) and anything north of that I'd go ahead.

Sorry that you'll end up doing some re-planning, it happens to the best of us (and sometimes not until after the box is in the mail, at least you caught it early)

Yeah, pretty early on actually. And I agree with the assessment of a 3.5 versus a 4. I'd certainly drink a 4 again and be happy about it, a 4.5 for sure. But a 3.5 can be tricky.

 

@Ncpogs you've had it and not that long ago (you were in the area recently so that's not a surprise) and gave it a 4.25, @Dicers you have not had it per Untappd. @lateralusbeer I'm not sure if you've had it, can't stalk you on Untappd.

I'm becoming less worried out giving my target away as I'm pretty sure I'm gonna fire a stout-free warning shot off on Monday.

Hint: I have shipped beer to my targets state from a BIF, LIF, trade or ninja.

 

I'm a little harder on rains than most, normally .25 to .5 lower than the average on ba. Just the way I started and I've stuck with it. To my sender, I like beer. A 4 is very good for me, although I'll be happy with just about anything. Locals are good, they help me tick another one.
