I used to say "I don't drain pour"....then I had a Poblano BB Night Train....Wow so infected, I mean damn....... SOOOO infected I couldn't swallow it. But I have to give O'so credit they replied to my email and are going to refund me on my next trip up
Great brewery, great beer.....everybody makes a mistake, but they owned up to it
FYI: Regular Night train is one of the best 6 packs out ....especially for the money

Most recently..Mischmishmish. Total disaster of a beer. Over carbonated, over wheaty, tasted like you left straw in a bucket for a few weeks then blasted it with an absurd amount of carbonation and called it a beer.

Another that stands out from the past would be "Wanted: Joaquin Murrieta Chile Pepper Beer - Sequoia Brewing Company". Basically melted and fermented pepper jack. Again, total disaster with a big f*ck you of heartburn to make you hate it even more.

I actually really like My Bluberry Nightmare. So much so that I snag all that I can get my hands on when I find it. Different strokes I guess.

That being said, the two worst beers I have ever had:

    1. Way back before I REALLY got into craft beer (like 2009ish), the bar I was working at at the time got a bad keg of Duckrabbit Baltic porter. And I mean BAAADDD! It tasted like a sour, lemony, vinegary nightmare. In no way (except visually) did this beer resemble a porter. Worse was my boss would not get rid of it or send it back. I would literally go up to my tables of avid beer drinkers and say "Hey, wanna taste the worst beer you'll probably ever drink?" and most of the time they would say yes. 100% of them agreed. That shiz was foul!

    2. Last year around KBS time my coworker was going home to Michigan for a visit. So I ask her to get me some if she can manage, and if not to get me some decent beers from the area to try. Unfortunately she couldn't get me KBS. But she came back with 2 mix and match six packs for me, which was cool. There were a few Bells and Founders offerings in there that I had never had before, which was cool. I think is even stll have a Hoolgan Hoppy Pumpkin Ale hiding in the back of my fridge. Anyway I get home from work one might with a couple coworkers and we decide to share some bottles. At random I pick up one of the beers from said six packs. It was Arbor Brewing Mackinac Island Fudge Stout. I have since read some reviews on it and I honestly don't think that those people and I drank the same beer. I see mentions of fudge, coffee and roast notes. You know what mine tasted like? PEAT. If there even was a faint touch of chocolate it was completely overwhelmed by the peat flavor. It tasted like peat on peat, with a side of peat, aged in peat barrels that were sunken in a bog for 10 years. Then transported back in time wrapped in dinosaur shit, transported forward to said bog again, and then dug up, bottled and sold. We all tried a sip, agreed and drain pour the shit out of that atrocity.

Oh wait I almost forgot one! Bayou Teche LA-31 Boucanee. What swill. Tasted like water that had been soaking wood chips (you know, the kind they put downing kids' playgrounds?) with a bit of liquid smoke added. Truly awful.

Stone Vertical Epic 11.11.11. Have to say that 04.04.04 was one of the best beers i've had from Stone however.

Stone Crime & Punishment, I bought both and after trying one I knew the second one would be equally crappy. Novelty beers aside, the first and only time I had Short's Huma Lupa Licious it was awful. I think it was old, infected, or both.

Fox Tail. That gluten free beer. Oh Jesus was it awful. I don't think I would even classify it as dish water. More along the lines of that juice that drips out of the back of the garbage truck as it is driving. I was at my friend's place that is allergic to gluten. If I had to deal with this as one of the only gluten free options, I would't drink ever again.

Wild Blue. From a micro brewery, 21st Amendment's Zambo. Really like most of what they produce, but that was a huge miss for me.
