Running at the pace that I plan to run my next race at, it would take me over 140 hours to reach my target.

 

My target's going to have a pretty damn good idea of who I am soon, sending a little 6 bomber warning shot Monday.

Sad hint: my target did NOT like my previous post seeking folks who still had me in the running.

 

Something I just considered....I probably need to alert this person, don't I? Just so they're not say, traveling on business for thee weeks thinking BIF shipments are a long while away.

 

Nope. I wouldn't. Just ask who's traveling if anyone the time you do ship. If no answer free game

 

I think if you know your going to be away you should be posting it, and you should be looking at your targets posts for any do not ship dates.

 

One potential holdup...he hasn't really been at all active in this thread. I'm not sure he'd see it.

Bummer to have someone not terribly involved for my first BIF!

 

It happens, life happens, but in that case if your target isn't active in hints, replies and such than wait for the shipping window and you've done what you can to full fill your end.

 

Good point. At least I have them packed up now....had a few bottles that were in serious danger of willpower giving out if I'd stared at them much longer.

 

Yah. The fun is the suspense up to the actually day it lands. Don't need to let the target know who they are so soon. That's just my thought tho

Just to let you guys know, @core42 is SWAMPED at work! As his sender probably already noticed that he hasn't signed on in nearly 3 weeks. He'll be back soon. He's a cool ass dude, don't worry.

 

Hint#4 Besides DMB, I love Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers along with Pearl Jam. Both bands have played in my targets state.

 

If someone posts "like this and I'll ship this date" and if I'm reading the thread and don't like it I don't want it shipped. Don't think you're my sender, but I am going out of town for a bit and didn't like the post because of that.
