Good Florida beer (Cali traveler)

    so I am going to be in Naples for a week and plan to hit up Total Wine and local bottle shops for some goodies to take home. Obviously cigar city is a must but any other awesome Florida brews that some locals could suggest??

    This thread should be helpful.

    This isn't my list of "Florida's Best Beers," to be clear, but simply my thoughts on what might be available via retail down that way. Cigar City's cans likely will be the easiest to find but TW may also carry Tampa Bay Brewing's Reef Donkey APA as well as a couple offerings each from 3 Daughters, Big Storm and Bold City. I know Due South cans stuff intermittently but I'm not sure how far afield it gets (I've never seen any here in the Tampa Bay area). I see Swamp Head's stuff on more tap lists (which is great!) and I know they bottle some stuff but again, not sure how far it gets.

    Some ABC (it's a private chain) stores now have growler stations so it's possible -- if there is an ABC in Naples -- that you could find some other Florida stuff on draft. Have a fun trip!
