    I pick Russian River and Cantillon, doesn't matter what style but the name will be "The beer you will never see let alone taste"

    18th Street and Alchemist on an IIPA. 18th Street IPAs have such unique malt character.

    HF and In-Bev.....Let Shawn show them how to make a good beer.

    Actually what would be interesting would be to see if Shawn Hill whiile using a huge production facility and In-Bev'd contracted ingredients could make something phenominal on such a large scale.
