Which 2 breweries would you like to see a collaboration beer from?

I pick Russian River and Cantillon, doesn't matter what style but the name will be "The beer you will never see let alone taste"

 

Casey and Plan Bee- Peach Sour

 

Hill Farmstead and Alchemist...... any style

 

None. Most (all?) collaborations are a marketing gimmick.

 

18th Street and Alchemist on an IIPA. 18th Street IPAs have such unique malt character.

 

Firestone Walker and The Bruery, I'd like to see a barrel aged English barleywine or stout

 

Any two of Hill Farmstead, Jester King, SARA and Side Project. Definitely a sour.

 

Timothy Taylor and Hill Farmstead - English Pale Ale

 

Mikkeller and Evil Twin. Barrel Aged Coffee Stout.

 

Evil Twin and Mikkeller - My Coffee Geek Brother Double Dipped the Biscotti, Causing It To Break, and That's Why We No Longer Speak Stout.

 

They did one last year, and threw in Allagash for good measure.. And you're right, no one sees it.

 

HF and In-Bev.....Let Shawn show them how to make a good beer.

Actually what would be interesting would be to see if Shawn Hill whiile using a huge production facility and In-Bev'd contracted ingredients could make something phenominal on such a large scale.
