Hint 1 - shipping south
Hint 2 - I have been in other BIFs with my target, though I've never sent anything to them.
Hint 3 - Shipping to a state partially bordered by at least one large body of water.
Hint 4 - Target does not have what is arguably the most famous (and highest ranked) stout produced in my state on his wants. Too bad, you're probably getting one anyway. Especially if you like this post.

Does said target have the opportunity to buy said most famous stout in their market? I guess I should have that ticked as a perma-want but I don't think you're sending to me.
