BCBCS '13 is still my all-time favorite beer. It's just so good. Might have to drink my last one very soon.

... sigh. I'll remain optimistic, but I think this might be Kelly's hubris getting the better of him. We'll see what happens with that cap space. Nobody cares if you have 50M in cap space if there aren't players of a caliber to justify it that you're bringing in.

The wife and I are making moves to set us up so that next year at this time we will be b itching about the weather in Denver! I think it is a move we both need. We are considering building here but it is just so damn misrable. The next 3 months will be clouds and rain. Then we will have one nice week of weather before it is 90 and muggy as hell. Life is too short.

 

Well hopefully we can live in the same state! I have always wanted to live in Colorado.

 

Got a friend in Munich right now and going to Paulaner tonight. Anyone that has been to Germany know what he should bring back? He is starting to collect stuff and trying to make sure he doesn't bring stuff back that is on our local shelves lol

 

And as sad as I know you'll be to leave Fat Head's and Brew Kettle behind, I don't see you being disappointed with your newfound "local" breweries either

 

I would think that he could bring back anything; the Paulaner on our shelves is probably waaaaay less fresh than what he's buying; I'm all for new ticks, but it'd be nice to have something I've had before but so much fresher as well.

If it were me though I'd be even more interested in some cool brewerania, I imagine they've got some cool shit available. Same goes for smaller local breweries he's in striking distance of.

 

We visited there for two weeks, drove out, took the dog(no kids at the time). We loved it. Had Pliny on tap like it was a normal thing to do. Rained twice while we were there and was told that was "unusual" for it to rain "so much"! The CF clinic out there is ranked higher than here. The weather is better for the kids and us. It is just scary changing everything like that but I think it is time for an adventure!

 

If the job market for what you and your wife each do is at least as good (for what you do I'm sure it is, don't know about her) then it sounds like you've got a winner. Especially the CF clinic thing
