Hint 5: This is not my target's first BIF
Hint 6: My target's state shares a border with at least one other state that I have lived in
Hint 7: My target has more than one Want from my state

Hint 9: My target's state flag contains more than one prime color
Hint 10: My target has a bigger t-shirt size than me

I have no idea how I'm still at 23 potential senders. I'm doing it wrong. Don't care, I like surprises.

Did this indeed go out? Haven't noted the box received in here while I'm doing my own bit of detective work trying to narrow down my 13 potential senders.

Well.... he is sending to 1 of three people. I had a question mark beside him because he thought I might be his sender and I thought there was a provision where 2 people wouldn't be sending to each other. Perhaps I am wrong..........

New hint:

My sender is in a state that borders water.

 

Allegedly my warning shot is still on track for tomorrow, though the last status has remained unchanged.

But I want to give another hint so I'll make this one a bit more interesting, though maybe completely revealing: On my last birthday, I enjoyed several beers from Cantillon. On that same day, my target took about a 2h20 minute trip to get to a brewery in his state, where he enjoyed several beers made there.

 

Hints like these help me to get people off the list. So many times Im just staring at hints like, well you know, so vague nothing seems like it pieces together. 22 People still on my list, I think someone might be pointing in my direction, so many of the hints for myself and @devilfluff over lap. Another BIF where his sender, I thought for sure was mine since he kept making Jersey Shore hints, and Im on the shore, where @devilfluff has a bit of a drive, but he had my sender pinned down and he wasn't even on my radar. Im just bad the hints game.

 

Well I did some digging... finding out your birthday wasn't the hard part. The hard part is figuring out what the hell I was doing then! Haha.
But based on my lack of reviews and road trips on that date, and the fact that most breweries I visit are within 2 hours, I am eliminating you as a potential sender.

Hmmmm, Firestone Walker Barrelworks is about that distance from me and I go to every release.

 

As I said before, this long shopping window is killing me! I can't stop buying stuff. I think I am up to 300oz and I am still making a trip up to Wisco in a week or so to see if I can get some more fun stuff. I am going to be broke before I even have to pay for shipping. But I am up to 4 wants, so that is good at least.
