Checking in after a break... @Damian74Shensky, that is a huge bummer. I remember following the construction back in 2012 and early 2013 when you were posting about it on the Home Brew forums. RIP, beautiful space.

In commemoration of this, I broke up with my girlfriend so that I never have to suffer a mother-in-law situation.

edit: just kidding, my girlfriend's ma is pretty cool, but I would Ol' Yeller her in a second if I had to knock my bar down.

I finally get excited about a Mets season, and Wheeler goes down with an elbow injury that will result in Tommy John surgery before the season even starts. It sucks being a Mets fan.

 

At this moment, it beats being a Phillies fan... This season, but even more so today when we gave up 11 unanswered runs before finally getting on the board IN THE 4TH....

 

At least this makes me happy.

I have been inspired and will be doing an 'Opening Day' LIF - Whichever team hits the most doubles on their respective Opening Day (1st game of the season) gets a box of crab chips (and beer)

 

I just received an awesome box from the same man for our Flyers-Devils rivalry box. @Damian74Shensky is good people (not to mention my teammate for this BIF)
