I worked under the head chef that now operates Sierra's kitchen. Food should be fantastic, great to see the taproom finally open up.

I thought this had been open for a while, was/is there a brewery store that is open?

Swung by last night, had a couple beers and a dinner sandwich. Some thoughts... The Beer I had was the Nooner Pils and the Old Chico Brown Ale. Both were fantastic and they had a large selection of their other standard offerings. The "small" batch system which is larger than most of our local micro brewers to my eye, is just getting started so no small batch stuff for at least another month.

The food was interesting, it is considered small plate, almost like tapas (my term). I had a duck reuben that was very tasty, but consisted of only the sandwich, no chips or even a garnish.

Great venue, they spent big $$ on this place and the food, what I had was terrific in flavor and I look forward to trying more of the food.

Hopefully they do some cool pairings in the near future with the beer. Tapas and a flight to pair would be fantastic. Call it a small "tasting menu" or whatever. I know they're all settling in right now but I've talked to several people that went and they all said it was super solid.

Yup, Burial is 11 barrels. No way One World is 20 barrel, Wedge is around 20-25 Barrels.

Went for lunch the other day and enjoyed a BA Narwhal with my fried chicken donut sandwich. I just woke up a few minutes ago.

One World is on like a 3bbl system, aren't they? I didn't even see tanks in the place, just a few homebrew kettles.

Went Saturday. We got there just as it opened at 11. As mentioned above, the $$ spent are obvious...the place looks like it was built as a national park.... very impressive location and more to come with a music pavilion out back. There were 23 beers on tap, split sort of like what you can usually buy and what were specials like BA Narwal. The cheese with the pretzels is good even though the pretzels are smallish. Very nice wait staff. When we left about 12:30 it was getting pretty full.
    Go.

Their web page says it is a 1.5 bbl system. I liked the beer I had there.

I only tried a porter, because they had nothing else but IPAs and I'm not a hop guy. The porter was pretty watery. Wasn't very impressed. The place itself though is badass.

We stopped by SN while in the area last week... I was blown away by the place! We walked in and sat right at the bar without a wait. There was three of us, so we tried most of their beers and a LOT of their food, multiple entrees, desserts, etc... The ONLY negative was the limit of one flight per person, which I found weird... Especially considering they were more pricy and limited any high gravity stuff. But they do half glasses of most other stuff, so not a big deal.

Incredible food, excellent beer and amazing facility. One of our highlights of our entire trip!

I have pictures from my visit here:
