Glad I'm not the only one... I couldn't stand Big Lushious, struggled through half and down the drain the rest went.

Oh, and I had actually bought two of these so I still have one left... ugh! Think it might get out of my house as an extra in a trade.

Don't give up on Cigar City. They have some amazing beers. This is not one of them...

My personal worst to date, not including macros is Unibroue Ephemere. And I literally love Unibroue. Some of my all-time favorites are made by them, but man alive I could not finish it and that is saying something because I will usually push through and get it down on principle...

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! One of my all time favorites! It IS super unique and unlike anything else. I think Indra is one of those beers you either love or hate with no middle ground. Sorry... Hate when you have to make a drain pour.

Really? I had it for the first time last week and I didn't find it too bad. Not the best IPA I've had but definitely not the worst!

I've said it a million times but I seriously don't know how Faxe Extra Strong sells. I bought it once out of pure curiosity and I nearly gagged on the first sip. Tasted like a 50:50 mix of urine and straight grain alcohol. Absolutely horrible stuff.

I forget the name of it, but it was one of the experimental lambics at Six Rivers Brewery in McKinleyville, CA, which is an under-the-radar place with some decent stuff, a view of the ocean, music and a good pool room and food. It is a fun hangout spot and even to see live music. However, this fruity abomination was so bad...it tasted like a thick (stout like) shake of kool aid and horrible beer of the quality of Hamm's or something poured in. The flavor was a framboise, but with some other fruit...I forget what, but it was awful...this was some time ago, before the current management...I still like the place a great deal...

I agree on the DFH Ancients... They used to make such great beers (still do of course make the ones that have always bee good) but I wish the would cut out the gimmicky crap.

Probably the band-aid flavored Fantome - Hill Farmstead collab, 5 sciences.

You are not the only one. Indra is an all time favorite of mine, but it is a very polarizing beer...

I visited Hair Of The Dog this past summer and they were struggling with off flavors, BAD! Every single one of their beers were disgusting...big flavors and aromas of band aids, batteries and blue cheese, classic case of "something is seriously wrong with your set up!" They denied there was an issue, but regulars admitted that there were problems with their sanitation and temperature control during fermentation that made most everything they had on hand practically undrinkable.

I'll also give Habanero Sculpin a bug ole thumbs down as well. Besides the HOTD brews, this is the only other beer that I have drain poured in the last 5 or so years. I understand some like the overpowering pepper flavor, but I would have enjoyed eating a habanero by itself much more than ruining a perfectly good beer with it.

I knew batch 1 was not as intended before drinking it, so i guess it's loaded answer. Batch 2 on the other hand was solid. I wouldn't mind more of it now.

I haven't. In fact Cigar City is one of my favorite breweries. I wish we could get Jai Alai a little bit more regularly up here. I think Maduro is a great overlooked beer.
