    Here are my LIFs:
    1. The Randy Johnson LIF - If a pitcher from your team, demolishes a Bird with a pitch, You DESERVE to win some beer. Not likely, but, hey... it could happen..
    2. The Lloyd McClendon LIF - As a Pirate fan, my all time favorite Manager Meltdown, was when Lloyd McClendon, walked out to 1st base, and stole the base. So, the team whose manager has a total meltdown first, wins this LIF. NOTE: The manager must: steal a base or throw the base into the outfield or launch the rosin bag like a grenade or at the minimum kick dirt on the umpire and have spit visibily go flying everywhere.
    3. The Brad-Mar-Pine LIF - Background - When I was 9 years old, I played all-stars for my local team. We had 5 minor league teams, so it was a pretty small area. Our first tournament, was at home. And we play brad-mar-pine, which consisted of 3 bigger towns (Bradford Woods/Marshall Twp/Pine Twp) that were MUCH wealthier than we were. Also of note, this teams star player was AJ Van Slyke (currently playing for 1A St Louis Cardinals (son of Andy Van Slyke (former Pirate CF), and older brother of Scott Van Slyke (Dodgers OF)) We were pretty excited, this was the first tournament for most of us. And we got CRUSHED !!!! I believe they called the game after the 3rd inning, we lost by 20+ runs (I think they stopped keeping track after the 1st inning). So, the first team to LOSE by 20 or more runs, will win this LIF. (Note - Not the first team to give up 20 runs, team must lose by 20)
And I'm sure there will be more to come.

In this spirit, I'll add my own LIF:

The first team to win by 10 runs and have their manager ejected in the same game, wins beer.

edit: I was going to make it something completely absurd like "the first team to have a NASA spacecraft land on their field wins" but figured I'd put out something that might actually happen

In my 12 years or so journey. It is a lot more about clean eating than it is working out, but you also need to balance your lifestyle where if you can't enjoy something (pizza, wings, beer, especially beer) every so often then it will be difficult to stick to!

    You got it man!

LIF Hint, and a reset for guesses:
The 2 NL players played on the same team as each other, the AL players never did.

I'm just tired of being tired. I play softball and move well for a big guy, but how long will that keep up as I get older. Plus it's harder to lose as you get older. Not even a diet, its a life style change, it's more mental than anything. I'm 298, and losing! I started at 310 March 15th. First time under 300 in a few years.

Same here my friend. I think there are a lot of us on this site like that. I am always so damn tired from work , all I want is a beer and supper when I get home, not a treadmill. But if I exercise, I would be so tired - vicious circle. Bit i really like beer......

Lol, I tell ya what. I had Tacos last night. The beef, salsa, red onions, tomato, no shell. I had it wrapped in romaine lettuce. No cheese, no sour cream. I was like this is gonna suck. I threw hot sauce all over that baby and it wasn't bad. It's 10 weeks no carb, then I go to low carb to maintain. I think if I didn't have Saturday ( my cheat day beer day), I'd give up. Lol.
