The Belching Beaver North Park is right in SD and, while not the actual brewery, is a really cool brewpub that usually has a few really unique brews (including 1-2 that's usually randled through something) on tap. I think the actual Brewery itself is a little farther up north....but i'd definitely recommend hitting up the North Park location

 

He's making good time, up to 1397 now.

 

At least one of these times a peach sour needs to hit it...just sayin'

Just looked them up now. The main brewery is right down the street from Lost Abbey which is about 15 minutes north of where I live. Definitely gonna have to try it out one of these days.

I'm home alone for the moment. A little high on solvent fumes from finishing a woodworking project in my garage. Seems I have this growler of PsuedoSue I was taking to a meet up with @sandman3479, but he couldn't make it. I'd hate for it to go to waste...

Not sure if you've been there yet but my coworker and I stumbled upon Half Door Brewing on our way to Mission. Their brewery is really cool because it's inside an old house with wraparound porches on both levels. They have an Irish theme but a good variety of beers. It's only been open a couple months and has some damn good looking servers. Might be worth checking out...

ive seen it a couple times in here so i thought i would chime in, that congress street is a great beer.

 

Cheers buddy. I know I initially promised a full 4-pack of Heady. There was an unfortunate accident (of me thirsting for Alchemist) which cost one - I thought the Congress Street would be a sufficient replacement).

FIBs - let me know what you think of the El Lechedor. One of NS' better offerings IMO.
