I'm going to Windsor, Ontario, Canada next week, and I was wondering if there are any worthwhile Canadian craft beers I should look out for. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

La Fin Du Monde (Unibroue, see above) is the best Canadian beer I know of. Peche Mortel is also outstanding. I've heard about some other great breweries, I think mostly in Quebec, but I don't know their names or distribution.

Unibroue is, IMHO, the best Canadian brewery. You might be able to find some stuff that doesn't come South. Other than that, if you see anything from Central City, do not hesitate to grab it.

He can get a better selection of Unibroue in the US than we can anywhere in Canada so do that exploring back home. My suggestion is just hit the best LCBO in Windsor and see whats up. For Ontario brewers I am fan of Great Lakes but not living in Ontario am not aware of availability.

The only Unibroue listing in Ontario now is a 6pks of Blanche De Chamblay. The Beer Stores carry the occasional Unibroue beers but you'd have to check local inventory because it isn't uniform across the province.
Red Racer IPA is the only Central City beer you'll find in Ontario at certain LCBO stores; It came in as part of a special release and a new batch was released within the last month.
Dieu Du Ciel is not distributed into Ontario (unless it's part of a special release) Solstice D'hiver was released in 4pks not too long ago and Peche Mortel was released in 4pks several months ago and was just marked as discontinued.

If you want Dieu Du Ciel and Unibroue you'll find it better in the states than Ontario.

If you want suggestions of beer you can get in Ontario than look for

    Creemore Springs Urbock
    Creemore Springs Pilsner
    Creemore Springs Lager
Flying Monkeys Hoptical Illusion Almost Pale Ale
    Flying Monkeys Smashbomb IPA
Flying Monkeys Netherworld Cascadian Dark Ale
    Muskoka Brewing Cream Ale
    Muskoka Brewing Mad Tom IPA
    Mill Street Tankhouse
    Mill Street Organic Lager
    Mill Street Coffee Porter
    Beau's Lug Tread Lagered Ale

If you know what LCBO will be close to you, you can go on their website lcbo.ca and do a product search by city.
    Hope this helps.

Devil's Pale Ale 666 when fresh is very good and also dead elephant isn't bad and aside from the creemore all listed by korguy123 are good.

hit up the LCBO on howard Ave., it's across the street from the Devonshire mall on Howard. I can't exactly give good directions, but you can google map it. Some beers I've seen and recently bought from there are: Winter Beard double chocolate cranberry stout, Mill St. tankhouse ale, and Dead Elephant Ale. They've had some more there but I don't take too much care with remembering everything, but it's basically the only LCBO that has a decent amount of decent beer. Also, expect to pay more than you're used to for it.

Anything by Lakes of Muskoka (although I'm not a big fan of the Cream Ale), anything by Wellington except the Silver Wheat, anything by Creemore Springs, but especially their Kellerbier, Flying Monkeys also makes some good stuff and Mill St Tankhouse is a must.

If you're in to stouts, try St. Ambroise Oatmeal Stout. One of the best tasting out there!

In my opinion, the best Canadian breweries would have to be:

    - Unibroue: La Fin Du Monde is my #1 recommendation. Trois Pistoles and Maudite are also great beers.
    - Dieu Du Ciel: I haven't tried anything other than Rosee D'hibiscus, and that was really good. I hear Peche Mortel is great as well.
    - Charlevoix: Just look for the Dominus Vobiscum beers, they don't disappoint.
    - McAuslan: Their St Ambroise line of beers are excellent. I really loved their Oatmeal Stout!
