Definitely no worries at all certainly out of your control. Like I said I didn't notice any infection as of yet and enjoyed the beer! You also ticked a major want for me with that BA Vanilla Shake definitely no apologies needed in fact thank you again!!

 

Yeah no doubt, lots of breweries won't even acknowledge a possible infection issue. It's hard making sours and other beers in the same facility.

 

Have you kept them cellared or in the fridge? I wonder if you opened one any of the infection signs would be present?

 

The first official post competition beer was Sat at Pizza Capri in hide park. Revolution Brewing Anti-Hero. I went 1-1 on day one and did not make the podium.


I stayed at a friends house and brought over BA BORIS Bairille Aois this was the only glass they had sorry not proper glassware #VBS


Day two didnt go any better and went 1-1 again but took third place at least. Now to enjoy some beers for a while before the next competition.

 

Haha you're welcome, I had four of those BA Vanilla shakes and I've given three away and I think I might give the fourth away too without trying it as I know someone who deserves payback really wants it

 

They've been cellared in a 58 degree room but I just put them in my normal fridge right now.

 

For reference I keep my beer fridge just under 50 degrees so not much different....

 

My "normal" fridge is a beer fridge that is smaller and its around 46-48 I keep some of my rarer bottles in there and a shelf for IPA's that I need to drink.

 

I didn't read the logistics of the return but if you don't need to do it personally I could probably help out. Need to go down to pick up my Modern Times stuff anyway

It's alright I don't need to return them, someone else bought them and picked them up for me and I don't need to ship them I'm not that worried about it.
