Yes, Red Wax is batch 1 and had carb issues (unfortunately)

 

I'd still drink the shit out of it, even if I had to blow bubbles into it with a straw.

I think more breweries should do this...wax the whole fuckin bottle. then you chisel the wax off to see what the surprise beer is. Could be an Assassin, could be a Golden Nugget...who knows..

They guy responded saying TG had issues with over filling and they rewaxed to gold, I'm ok with that but that looks like shit. He also said he got it from a more than reputable source.
I still think he got scammed on this, it doesn't look like TG would ever wax a bottle like that.

Nope other way around over carbonated.... Had a bottle bottom blew out while traveling

 

First hand knowledge of the severe over carcbonation issues so if it was a local he could have gone back and had Clark or Mike rewax it

Oh, I remember you losing that bottle, but I didn't know it was from being overcarb'd, I thought it was just damaged in transit. Bummer.

Down in MD. It's shaping up to be a pretty solid group, including a few that participate in that group and this one, so I suggested inviting the SWTFYW guys that were near the share location. With that said, since you know a few people that'll be there, @sandman3479 you're welcome to join as well.
