    Not to too my horn, but I think I finally dialed in my water profile for an IPA.

    Centennial hops only, but with a smidge of amarillo in the hopback. Fresh tapped keg and off the dry hops. Enjoying what Centennial from this year is bringing to the table for sure. Way nicer than 2013 crop.

    This is crushable for a 7.6%. Love the color for the lack of crystal malts. I think I have less 3% crystal 10 in there, and did it to preserve some body.

    I'm a little anal when it comes to my caps, I prefer to have drank the beer under the cap! :sunglasses:

    It is actually pretty good.. Sometimes I have to fool myself and pretend I poured it from some bottle with a really rare label on it....

    This one however.. is really tasty. I hope to bottle some off the keg and send out perhaps, but if I don't soon while it's fresh, you'll just have to take @jdhowe 's word on how meh it is.
