    Hey @FATC1TY or @blue-dream, I had an idea the other day and I was wondering how possible it'd be to implement on BA. So we can now tag members using @, but is there a way we could tag beers using a similar system? It would be so cool for someone to tag a beer and if you're interested in it then you'd be linked right to it (to read reviews or add it to your wants list), rather than the multiple steps it takes to look up a beer. Thoughts?

    With a database that is always growing and the sheer numbers of beers the amount of coding that it would take for that I can only imagine would be astronomical

    That was actually my first BIF. I agree that it's a really good one, but I'll probably pass, just because I don't need the volume of beer that comes right now.

    The code needed to do it is similar to the code needed for tagging. Not as difficult as you'd think. Just referencing a different table in the db. True, there is a bit more work involved but not that much more.

    Yeah I was pretty bummed, for the same reason as you stated. I'd still rather get notifications than not, but having the text was key.

    The English teachers at my school are notorious for pathetic handwriting. Mine is not even the worst. With such poor fine motor control, could you imagine me doing surgery?
