    Surgery was a success! Pretty damn sore right now but the drugs are helping with that. I'll be a little less active in the thread while I recover but I can't wait to get back into the game with my BA drinking buddies.

    I've had both a couple of times, still not sure if I prefer the base, or with the addition of cherries and vanilla. Not a huge cherry fan at all, but it does work for this beer.

    Probably not all that strange I guess but I got a box from someone I had traded with before and inside was an unlabeled 20 ounce soda bottle (or that's what it looked like) filled with beer. He told me it was how they filled growlers at a growler filling station down there. That was last June and per my notes it's drinking much better now than last June.
