Vanilla ice cream. The bottle I had by myself (it was 12 Days of Xmas) I found it challenging to finish the whole bottle, so a couple ounces got turned into an ice cream topping. #noregrets

 

Longfin lager- meh brew but awesome weather outside with a friend im converting to craft. Wife hosting girls night at home = brewpub time for me.

Both are pretty neutral, so that seems logical. For some reason it's one I don't want to waste. I'm just hoping I don't get drunk and bust it open with a chimichanga.

If you drink it, then pour the rest on ice cream, is that one check in, or two?

Touche. If you don't want to waste any I suggest splitting the bottle with someone. The first 4 ounces are absurdly good, the next 4 are still great, but by the end of 8oz of it I was ready for something less sweet. And if you're not pouring it on the ice cream I'd probably suggest cheesecake too, that sounds pretty awesome. Also good would be some bitter dark chocolate, to cut through the sweetness a bit.
