Yeah I'm about done caring myself and it's my LIF. At this point, should I put up a hint that totally gives it away, or just transition it to a LIF like all the others in here, based on something happening on the field? First of these choices to get 2 votes wins.

Looks like the Kris Bryant Era begins tonight... first team up to win @jshusc Kris Bryant HR LIF is @afi4lifer then me. And my Buccos are 1 shutout away from winning @Summer78 , 3 consecutive shutout LIF..

 

I just tried, and while I've got it narrowed down pretty well (I think) I don't KNOW the answer -- both the "well known nicknames" clue and the one about still being newsworthy are pretty broad, I think...

As a Padres fan I hope we K him 12 times, however he went to my college (USD!!) so I wouldn't mind seeing him hit a bomb. Winning the LIF wouldn't suck either.

Alright, 2 new LIFs, I'm putting this guessing game out of its misery and replacing it with 2 on-field LIFs instead. First team to get swept by my Phillies gets a box, and first team to give up 3 HRs in one game to the Phillies gets a box.

Caveat: If both of these happen in the same series, the winner gets one box and the HR LIF will continue. If the same team gets it down the road, so be it.


edit: Shit, the "swept by Phillies" is already in play from Damian. I'll think of another one instead, the 3 HR in a game still applies.
