    I do believe Wolf announced his retirement that allowed Sherman to take both spots. I always wondered if Holmgren would have waited three years had be been promised that spot. I always liked Holmgren though McCarthy makes it easy to forget him.

    Drew I love you like a brother but if you think Lynch wasn't getting 1 yard in two attempts you're high off your ass my friend!

    Lynch is a big game player, I think that is the smart play. If he doesn't get it they wouldn't get scrutinized for giving the ball to their best weapon.
