Set something up a while ago with @valrxman because I got Funky Buddah fever after seeing all the **** in here. We never really finalized when we were shipping so I was surprised to see a box on my door step today.



Funky Buddah Maple Bacon Coffee Porter - Want, have wanted this for a long time
Funky Buddah Last Snow - Also a want, we're planning to have a coconut night soon and this will be an awesome addition
Olde Hickory The Event Horizon - Haven't tried this one yet but I've heard good things.
Green Man The Dweller - This one is completely new to me
Cycle Cream & Sugar - a Cycle crowler? Can't go wrong with that. Have a friend staying with me the weekend too, so perfect timing
Orpheus Atalanta - Tart plum saison sounds right up my alley

Awesome box and thanks a lot. I'll be working on yours this weekend when I pick up a couple bottles at a release. Hopefully I'll get it out Monday, but if not it'll be soon!

 

Nothing like good beer, good tools and a little Eric Church to make demoing your deck a little better.

 

That might have the best nose of any beer i've had, so much coconut!

I love seeing Atlanta beers circulating through this group! Aside from the occasional terrapin brew, Atlanta/Athens beers have not been a popular commodity. I can understand why, but the new breweries here kick ass and are doing big things. Hope you enjoy that Atalanta. It's easily my go-to-anytime-all day-everyday-sessionable-outdoor-indoor-everywhere-delicious beer. Well that and Creature Comforts Athena.

Haven't had either of the St. Lawrences and just had a small taste of that Sunday Morning Stout last weekend (great stuff!) Westbrook is my go-to standard Gose and I'm running low. Nugget Nectar and Bells always appreciated!

I am full of question for you tonight but was wondering what to thought of this one. I had it a few months ago and it was very boozy hot and got better as it warmed up. Just wondering how it has evolved.

No problem. I'll be honest, I didn't know how this one would be, but I was really pleasantly surprised. I didn't get any hotness, but I started out drinking it very cold and it did get better as it warmed up. I gave it a 4/5.
