Bruery 2015 RS/HS Allocations

Does anyone have problems with the Bruery stopper popping off sometimes?

 

Only if there's some remaining wax and the stopper doesn't bite down all the way. Never had a problem on non waxed bottles.

 

At night I hear a loud thump come from the fridge. I found out the next morning that bottle stopper popped off.

 

Technically with one shoe still on your are free to draw all over her with magic markers. I mean, that IS the unwritten rule. If both shoes are off, you meant to fall asleep, but if at least one shoe is on..you went too far. Your relationship would only get better if she woke up and looked in a mirror to see her face covered with drawings (likely of dicks because I mean...guys draw dicks on faces all the time).

 

Never had a problem with Bruery/Alesmith bottles, I usually remove the wax around the lip. I'm even temporarily(1-2hr) have used them on 22oz bottles, kind of tricky to stay on but it's not designed for those.

Because of that somehow I have always managed to remove both my shoes before passing out.

 

My dad told me of the time he domed a bottle of Rum Black Tuesday all by himself God bless him . He woke up the next morning in the easy chair that he had become one with and was VERY surprised when he went back and saw the ABV on the bottle. He couldn't remember eating dinner... Laughed my ass off. 60 years old and doming Bruery bottles!

I have all my HS tickets available but you can't get in without me and it's physically impossible for me to go.

well, bois is french for wood so maybe they felt like doing some different wood variants to play with the name... Availability is key as well. sourcing barrels is sometimes a challenge.

they can get in by spending more than other people. If anything it makes it easier to max out the available allocations and second chances which then gives you better chances when they look at the amount spent.

Anyone with a Friday full of procrastination want to add descriptors for each beer? I recognize the majority but it would be handy to know each style at a glance.

 

I've been known to throw a ziptie around the stopper on other size bottles, holds fine.

I got a 2 pack from Amazon, same design with the Bruery logo because always seemed to be out of stock. Got them for around 7-8 (with Prime).
