Had it the other day.. tasty, but Nantahala is hit or miss with barrel aged stuff. I'll be in the brewery in 6-7 days as it's my "local" brewery when Im in the mtns. Suppose to have some new BA anniversary beer landing.. tonight or tomorrow?

 

I know you aren't doing "big box" and "small box" lists, but maybe give me a sender that hasn't been threatening to leave someone homeless, and I'm in.

 

Don't worry if @UcDru needs some Ill give up a 6 pack or 2, but what I asked from you both will take care of myself, my beer manager and my best friend for the rest of the year.

I didn't expect a lot but I am actually very pleasantly surprised. Thin enough to be drinkable but the cherry and coco are obvious and the BB just lingers pleasantly into the finish. Tasty!

 

I might be able to manage that, though knowing the community we have here.........

 

First of all I love that Drew has boxes landing when he's in Hawaii!

Secondly I hate Fridays. I had planned to make my way to Baltimore around 7 to get some drinks and crash early. It was prom tonight so all our employees were off and we were fuckin busy. Just got to the hotel. I didn't eat all day so I need sustenance for my 5:45am flight tomorrow. Also brought a bottle with me:

So brewed a bit of extra wort for a Wit I made back in January for a wedding present. I added some Jolly Pumpkin and Jester King dregs to that and today I decided to add some blackberries and raspberries. I pulled a small sample of the base beer before adding the fruit and was tasting very nice and tart.

LIF box from @valrxman arrived today as well, several classics I'm eager to revisit and the Christmas Bomb which is new to me. Steve's wife sent my girlfriend some lotions and body wash in the box as well. I'll let you know how she likes them! Thanks!

So, I politely declined a bottle of Square Grouper that @mbmiche was offering up and for some strange reason he decided to send one of those northern boxes to fuk up my mommy's porch! Thx a lot Matt. Please tell me what I did to receive this punishment so I can do it again. .

Have a couple permas with the bender and CW stout. I've been wanting to get a hold of that daisy cutter for a while now and the other two sound delicious as well.

That mint chocolate stout will be devoured in the next few days, sounds amazing! Dat Bo & Luke is so good and so is that Belgian red. Really looking forward to dipping into those again.
