Hopefully! hate that they pick tomorrow to release it where there hours are 4-7. Boston traffic gives me some hardcore road rage lol. Seeing they bottled artaic today helped my internal argument.

I keep quoting myself... is that insanity?

I think I got the problem figured out and those people who expressed interest in staying with the limit will still be good...

    I did say I wasn't completely sober when answering  I was guessing you'd catch 8 off-catch, so that'd be a yes

Wait, a Whole Foods that sells wine by the pour but NOT by the bottle? That seems... weird. Even for PA.

No wine sales in PA outside of state-run liquor stores, the one exception being something about in-state wineries, of which there aren't terribly many.

But they can sell it by the pour, because somehow they are a bar? Man, I don't think I will ever ever figure out PAs alcohol laws, despite having to occasionally procure alcohol in PA due to my wife's family living there. Really glad that when NC changed its alcohol laws in 2005 (and subsequent tuning) we became one of the best states in the SE (and probably in the upper half in the country) about alcohol laws. The only real restrictions are not being able to sell between 2am and 7am (noon on Sundays), hard liquor is only in state-run stores, and a handful of dry communities (in places that I couldn't possibly want to visit to start with). None of those are particularly troublesome at all. The only actual troublesome law is our ABV is capped at 15%, which cuts out some Avery, DFH, and Bruery beers, but not much else.

Yup, PA is very strange, and very, very outdated.
