    The no adjoining states rule is usually pretty helpful for us PA guys, that takes a nice chunk out of the potential senders list right away most of the time.

    Very good point.

    This is true, 9 of 39 in this case.
    This may not be true though, you and I both got a fair number of "Not shipping to X" clues, so we probably have a few that don't line up.

    Might be both, but definitely the latter.

    Only in that "Shipping West" also rules out "Shipping Due North/South with absolutely no E/W component" whereas "Not Shipping East" does not.

    You got one from @dmbforever that I did not, I got a handful from people you may or may not have eliminated for other reasons (some were in states bordering PA, for example)

    Hint 1: Shipping EAST (e.g. Towards the Atlantic Ocean...sorry California!)
    Hint 2: My target (as of the original time Hint 2 was posted) had posted in the previous 5 pages
    Hint 3: My Target Likes Sour Beer
    Hint 4: I have been in an official BIF round PREVIOUSLY with my target (we did not send each other beer)
    Hint 5: I'm working on a few boxes for FL, but am not sending to FL for this BIF
    Hint 6: My target has a shitload of wants. Somehow...I am not surprised.
    Hint 7: I have made Untappd checkins from my targets state (note: the beer wasn't necessarily from this state, just the checkin location)
    Hint 8: Not shipping to @Mipper
    Hint 9: Not shipping to @JNForsyth
    Hint 10: Shipping to a damn yank
