I think it's a yellow colored beer and bar lighting...

From what I hear, HS isn't that easy to get into, not trying to be discouraging since this is 3rd hand info, but just so you aren't too disappointed if you don't get the invite.

 

I'm sure we will buy enough and I think I can do some work to make it happen. Regardless I'm fine with reserve outright for 2 years or so

 

I'll reach out to my brother in law who is the head brewer of a brewery in Portland (13 Virtues if anyone is interested). He might be able to hook me up and you in return.

 

Speaking of, I would not at all be opposed to more of his beer. That weizenbock was awesome, and I'm sure they make good stuff in other styles too.

 

His Patience Whiskey Barrel Imperial Stout is a favorite of mine and he just started doing sours. I'm sure he'll bottle anything that I or anyone here would be interested in.

So, spent most of my birthday laying on the couch, sick. That sucks. But, things did brighten up. Started feeling better and got all this in the mail today...
