I keep finding six packs with date codes that start with 5022. Safe to assume these are old?

That doesn't make sense. That would imply that bottle was bottled on the 502nd day of the year.

The code should look something like this: "092 5 2."

The first three digits are the Juliian day, 5 is for 2015, 2 is for Chicago.

Read the julian date off the neck of the bottle....not the packaging.

Not sure where in VA you are, but I was excited to find this release outside of DC today. I might have gotten the last six pack at TW McLean. Looked for it at TW Alexandria earlier this week and they didn't receive any. Weird how a 15 minute drive can yield different results at the same chain.

I'd like to know why we still haven't gotten the 6 packs of Sucks in St Louis. All that I see is the old as shit 32oz bottles.

Just got them at work about a week ago. Now I can mix em into my 6's, woo! Although the 32's don't disappoint, it's a damn good beer

I think you answered your own question. A distributor isn't going to send beer where it's not going to get sold and a retail store isn't going to order more if it didn't sell the last time. And yes - I understand the format is different.

I contacted Matt at the Beer Yard in Wayne a few weeks ago about the Sucks six packs. He wrote back to expect them in two to four weeks. I will bet good money the six packs we get are at least a month old...

People can say what they want and all of that good stuff, but Sucks is still my highest rated beer... I need to get a six pack and see if I still feel that way, but the 32oz bottle I got a few months back was delicious.

Also, six packs are available in Michigan, in case anyone's looking. I saw them at 8 Degrees Plato in Ferndale.

Has anybody been able to order a keg of Sucks recently?
