Very good beer and easy to get here.

 

Good to know. Love the beer, but the two batched I drank from had serious suspended floaties

wish it was easy to get here in the Seattle area! then again, I have never looked for it before, but I think I would have noticed it. and considering it's an East coast bewery I assume it's probably not readily available here. guess I will need to make more trades in the future. :-)

Went downtown again with the missus to help her finish sealing her mural. I think she did a great job, and I love how she incorporated the Craft Growler Shop and Unknown Brewing Co. logos into it, since they are both right around the corner. Essentially, the concept is (according to the missus), 'mid-century modern design, with Charlotte's namesake, Queen Charlotte, riding the light rail into the Gold District, and saluting the 19th-century gold miners and workers with a beer.'
Sounds okay by me !

After finishing, we were soaked in sweat and very thirsty, so we walked over to Craft for a celebratory drink. To my surprise and pleasure, they had just tapped their last keg of Grapefruit Sculpin ! What an amazing brew ! Cheers, and Happy Friday, everyone !

A liquor store by us just had a Bell's tasting. Reminded me of what a great beer this is.

 

I was wondering when we'd get to see the finished product :-) The mural turned out amazing! & you two are definitely celebrating the right way!

 

I have always enjoyed this one. I like Highlands and I think this is their best.

 

Same bottling here when I picked up a pair at the San Rafael WF. Though you know BA's be like "Bitch, be happy you GET Pliny!"

Thanks, @WineGuy3000 ! Yeah, it took several days because it's just so damn hot out, so she could really only work on it in the early mornings. It's supposed to storm here later today and tomorrow, so we had to get it sealed today. At least we can finally sleep in tomorrow !
