Not sure if it was the short couple of months this was cellared or the spicy nachos prior to drinking this. Totally different , less alcohol burn , sweet and perfect. Will drink another one soon to confirm my findings or not

Helloooooo BA's. It's me, your favorite Chicago Korean, finally having dinner. Finishing off the crazy Italian meats stuffed pizza and having Superfuzz for the first time. How was this possible? @JayWhitson made it so. Thanks Jay! I like it a lot and am glad you sent 2 bottles. Cheers!

Not close to the only stupid snub the Rock & Roll HOF has committed, but this is one of their biggest...

Sometimes. This years class was impressive IMO. I think it just takes awhile for bands who deserve to be in, finally get in.

    Finishers:

Great Berliner Weisse. Robust and balanced flavors of tart lemon, green apple, pear, white grape, hay, straw, grass, white vinegar, wheat, cracker, and light funk; with overall good flavor robustness and balance for 3.2%. I'm all for a 6 pack release of this one.

I liked this so much, I bought a full 6 pack last week. Big juicy watermelon/strawberry fruitiness with some pear/apple and light clove yeast notes; with moderate wheat/biscuity malt sweetness. Very robustly flavorful for 4%. One of the best fruit wheat ales I've had in a while.

My favorite cream ale. Crackery/toasty/nutty malts with restrained yeast fruitiness; and some light caramel/vanilla sweetness with balanced herbal hop flavor. So delicious and very robustly flavorful for the style.

My go-to IPA for as long as I have had go-to beers. Bright grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon/orange peel, and pine; with light caramel/bready malt balance and a very crisp/sticky hop finish. This one holds up really well with some moderate age, as do most Centennial centered IPAs. Always fantastic.

    Cheers

First time trying this one...excellent as expected....sometimes you gotta go back to the brewery that got you into good beer.

Port City Tartan Ale. This is a great, mild take on the style. I could crush a few for sure.

I'm thinking this here is what I've got in mind for tunes:

Let's flash forward just a skootch:

beer #1. Tastes like a pale ale, which it should. Had to grab one since I never see it in San Diego.

beer #2. Got lost in the fridge and finally made it's way to the front! Noch lecker!!
