    A breakfast stout I think would be awesome, but everyone does that. French Toast I think also sounds great.

    I'm assuming this is tongue in cheek, but there have to be some savory adjuncts that would work.

    Cellarmaker had a cask of their smoked porter on cherry pie, which I found delicious, in case people are still looking for inspiration.

    I'd blend with a nice low ABV dry stout and knock it down closer to 13% ABV prior to adding any adjuncts. Essentially making a SHIT variant.

    I have several ideas kicking around at the moment. I plan to start a few research batches in the comming weeks. So far I am most excited about:

    Phuket Tuesday: BT+Thai Basil & Serrano peppers (I know, thai chillies make sense on paper, but I don't want this to be a smoldering wreck)

    My thing is, since this is the third year, I'm sure most "normal" stuff has been done. I think thinking outside the box is where it's at. I think @Buck86 idea sounds quite interesting, and I tend to think, if done right, something like his would win over someone doing vanilla & coconut, even if vanilla and coconut works.
