    Saw this for the first time today, obviously couldn't pass it up. Tastes like a DIPA, drinks like an IPA. Sweetwater, you've done it again!

    Listening to this on a grey day:

    Long-underappreciated DC group.

    Seeing some great brews on here so far! It's a pleasure to be drinkin' with ya'll today. :-)

    Everything visually tells me I shouldn't like this, then I take that first sip. Damn there's some serious dark roast coffee flavor going on in this golden ale. I'll still choose a coffee stout for an early morning beer for the thick feel, but this is something that could fit in nicely when I'm craving some coffee flavor in the afternoon. Drinks quite easily at 5.5 abv. too. The weekend awaits!

    Damn good. The coffee is right up front and it's not too sweet. Highly crushable considering they're 8%. I could probably drink a 6-pack in a sitting and wonder where the hell the rest of the beer went. And then regret the resulting hangover :grinning:
