    Had a bottle share with a few friends yesterday. I was lucky enough to find both Pepe Nero and Sofie for $3 at the store. =). Win!

    Subtle, bright, farmhouse aroma. Crisp and refreshing.

    Grimm- Rainbow in Curved Air. A sour farmhouse brewed with peaches, a mixed culture, and aged in oak.

    Tasted a lot like a Gose. As it cleansed the palate a subtle peach flavor became apparent, but no real belgian - farmhouse aroma was present. It was a very clean sour... Quite tart. Delicious nonetheless.

    Boulevard - Saison Brett. Tank 7 bottle conditioned with brett.

    Awesome nose. Earth, molasses, peppercorn, clove. My friend thought it smelled like his grandmother's spice cupboard, which was pretty accurate. Minimal funk, but it was there. Dry, earthy, almost rye taste. Very different from Tank 7 considering. It was our favorite of the night.

    GI- Pepe Nero. Farmhouse ale brewed with rye, dark, malts and pepercorns.

    LOVE dark farmhouse ales. Idk, the dark malts and saison yeast just add a nice complexity. For $3 I'll drink it for days.
