    Seems like my company was the only one that chose to be closed today instead of Friday and I'm certainly not complaining....Drinking this fine FW offering, I'm not usually a fan of wild ales but the white wine grapes make a nice addition to this beer, I would never guess that it's almost 10% :grimacing:

    A friend of mine had a tasting planned for tonight and I couldn't go so I decided to have a little tasting night of my own. It actually sounded less lame in my head but too late!

    Psuedo Sue is up first. Amazing citrusy, pineappley sweetness in both the aroma and flavor. BUT for me, that goes away about halfway through the glass and I start to get the "cat pee" that some folks get with citra hops. Excellent beer overall, I'll just drink it a bit faster next time.



    The cure seems to fit quite nicely right now. Monday ba'ers keep on ba'ing!
