Bruery 2015 RS/HS Allocations

Means you probably got an invite to upgrade your membership (if I recall previous threads correctly).

 

Got my RS renewal notice for 2016, I'm not sure if I want to just forgo renewing or loan my membership out to another person for the year. Very tough call.

 

I got both the RS and HS renewal emails, but I also get both the RS and HS monthly allocation/second chance/archive sales emails as well, so which email you got may not be indicitative of whether or not you'll be getting an HS invite.

 

looks like winification mentioned for hoarders, but not for rs? seems odd to make it back into a hs exclusive

 

Ya, I randomly get the HS allocation emails sometimes so while I wish I was getting invited to HS I doubt that is actually happening.

 

This is my 1st year as a Reserve member and I'm going to do one more year for sure. Hasn't been a smooth year with all the expansion and what not and I expect better things now that it's all completed. Now if I just had he option to take no Mocha Wednesdays and replace them with Sour in the Rye with Pineapple & Coconut.

 

Bummed I didn't get a hoarders invite but what can you do. Now I really have no idea how they choose who to invite cause I swear I hit all the hypothesized benchmarks/criteria. I guess there's always 2017...

Wonder how many hoarders spots they had. Did hoarders get renewal emails prior to today?

 

Does new HS Black Tuesday Variant mean like Rum, Port, Maderia BT or "Something Something Thursday"?

HS this year and just got the HS renewal email. Didn't receive any prior emails regarding renewals.

 

That should be an easy trade to make happen

 

I received the email to upgrade my seat at the Famillie Rue Table !!

 

Boysenberry sour blonde and the SitR w/ pineapple and coconut makes this an easy decision

I actually like the fact that we don't have the beer list. Seems like all it does is generate a massive amount of bitching around here anyway.

Besides, when I see things like "Cinnamonk" I have no idea what it is anyway... knowing the name of the beer before hand doesn't actually give you any sense of what it is.

 

yeah, I dont know what to expect with a lot of the names of new beers. but not seeing names of beers we kinda expect ( i know, I'm full of entitlement!!!!) is odd, for instance, if winification is hoarders only again, I'd be really bummed. Winification is what made this years purchase a no brainer for me, and it would most likely do the same with buying next years membership

 

I thought RS was a 10% discount? Or am I not remembering. Says this at bottom:

A 15% discount on all beer purchased through the membership, at our Tasting Room, and at our Bruery Terreux tasting room upon opening.

 

Always says 15% at the top of my receipts (RS)

 

Care to share your approximate spending and number of years in RS? Always curious to see where the darts landed.
