    Had a great little trip to Tulsa. Had a few good beers, had some good Mid East food & then the Wife & I enjoyed watching Shinedown at the Brady Theater. Great old theater, but the old girl's AC was straining due to the crazy heat we get here this time of year. Surprised no one heat stroked around us. The AC back at the hotel felt great. Now for the first beer of the night: Coop Ale Works Alpha Hive DIPA.

    Strangely, my first of the planet series. I'm a big fan of the BIPA style and this is a good one. Strong hop presence, plenty of citrus notes, and less roast than I was expecting. Glad I snagged this. Cheers BA!

    I just grabbed a 6er myself tonight after having it on tap recently. Gonna share a couple with work friends. Also picked up 2 Cafe Royale from Williamsburg Alewerks, wouldn't be shocked to see one very soon in a WBAYDN thread.

    Side note: funny watching people slowly learn your new username (although you coulda "helped" by not also changing the avatar, but it woulda been less interesting :wink:).
