    I'm sure purists cringe at this sort of thing, but Ballast Point's Wahoo wheat (witbier) with Thai chills, lime, and ginger is downright delicious. BP does a lot of crazy brews like this at the brewery, and I'll be darned if most of them don't come off awful well. Cheers, all!
