    I wasn't sure if I was going to make it tonight or not but alas, here I am! Having more sausages and decided to also have chili with the usual Mexican cheese blend but sans green onions since the grocery store was out and I haven't gone back to get some. So I put some Goldfish on top in its stead. I am deciding if I will use some bbq sauce for the sausages while I sip on my last can of Jai Alai! Such a great beer.

    I finished making a yeast starter earlier and then convinced my wife to go out for pizza and beer. I had a Live Oak Hefeweizen and a Real Ale 4 Squared. To keep going with the lighter side - Sierra Nevada Kolsch. This beer is such a quality example of the style.

    Moved on to another PW. They've reduced the malt bill on the NvU cans giving positive results imo (I like my DIPAs to be hop forward, sorry). Reduce the damn malt bill on all your DIPAs across the board! Sorry, lost it for a moment. Cheers all!

    I can respect the green onion thing, but living in TX I would instinctually go for sliced pickled jalapenos instead :slight_smile:
