This would be a very good quarter, if true.

yeah, i was gonna say. not that early or RS/HS would riot. if anything, it would go up as second chance sale for HS and RS and then if ANY is left after that PRES would have a stab at it.

PS gets the short stick again. They are selling extra bottles of Sans to the public at the tasting room and not to us.

not trying to be a dick, but there are ways to guarantee you'll get more bottles of Sans.

Last year they put it back on the website for a short bit. I don't know if they'll do it again or if they already did it.

Which is what I thought they would do this year they said it will be tasting room sale only, really screwing over PS from last year if they remembered that sale bit. Seriously PS has been subpar all year. Even the extra sale bottles have been worse than last year.

All being in Preservation Society gets us is 3 beers a quarter and eventually the option to move up to RS before the general public. I don't really understand the disappointment in them not offering it to PS before the public.

RS and HS weren't given a second chance either...

It's always been that PS gets what HS and RS don't want so don't be too surprised if you aren't getting whales. what gets passed down may be less indicative of the treatment of the society and more indicative of the quality of some of the product.

Why the uproar over this? You pay for 3 beers a quarter plus whatever else they offer up to you. I'm in PS and don't expect more than what I paid for or feel I'm entitled to something. Anything else they toss my way is awesome.

They aren't screwing over PS, PS only gets beers that are offered, and then re-offered to HS and RS a few times, and then PS gets the scraps, sans was only offered once to RS and HS, which likely means there inst much of it left. And it's not a society exclusive, so its hitting the tasting room

If a bottle of san's wasn't included in your last ps allocation, then, maybe, you could say ps was screwed over. But they don't owe you a shot at every beer released.

As a PS member, I don't really expect much of anything beyond the 3 bottles per quarter. Anything extra is just a bonus. That being said, I would love to get some more Sans Pagaie, anyone know if there are bottles still left?

I for one think they should give a really good beer in each allotment not just leftovers. Why, you are seeding the crop of new RS members sure they might not need to but providing a product and service that pleases your customer base is good business plain and simple. The Word of mouth positive benefits that the Bruery takes good care of their customer base will spreed and pay forward for them big time.

FYI Preservation Society Doesn't come with a "Sense of Entitlement", you'll have to step up to RS to receive it!

<old man rant>I remember in my day when PS didn't even get CR, GM or anything like that. The best we got was cacaonut. You kids don't realize how good you actually have it. <end old guy rant>

The nice thing about PS is, if you don't like the program, you can drop out each quarter.

If I'm not mistaken, 2015 PS has included:

    Q1
    - Soroborruo - OK, This one is a left over and likely to not please everyone
    - Freckle - A preservation Series beer, that was fairly well received by RS
    - Chocolate Rain - Are we really going to complain about this?

    Q2
    - LDeracola - A preservation Series beer, granted not a popular beer, but not a left over.
    - Sans Page - Seems the complaint here is PS didn't get more ( nor did RS after their initial allocation )
    - Sucre Port Barrel - Sure a left over beer, but hard to claim its not a good beer

Q3 Speculation - Doesn't look to bad to me.
    - Oude Tart w/ Boysenberries
    - Arrrggghhh! or TrIPLe.
    - White Chocolate

    Plus:
    - Lottery chance at anniversary tickets
    - Access to some of the anniversary archive sale
    - Access to some other sales not yet available to the public.
    - Chance to join RS in Q3
    - Ability to discontinue or renew on a quarterly basis

It seems to me PS is delivering as expected.
